My Spring Break

My spring break has been somewhat productive. Didn’t really do anything special, but worked and hung out on weekends. Hopefully I get to have an actual vacation next year, where the sun is beaming and water is crystal blue. The spring semester will begin on Wednesday, May 5th. I wish we had a longer vacation so I could catch up on some much needed rest. I also wish to repeat the same academic standard I had for myself. I earned a 4.0 GPA for the winter semester. It will be hard to match that same success for this upcoming semester because of the summer fever. Attending classes in the summer isn’t the greatest thing in the world; however it does put you on a faster track to obtain your degree. I will also be graduating June 3rd. Earning a degree and either continuing your education, or going out to the work force is what scares me the most. I guess this is the part of life that I never thoroughly examined.

Much Needed Rest

Now that the semester is finally over, getting some much needed rest is the only thing on my mind. I only have one semester left for my associate’s degree. I’m beyond anxious to start the BBA program in September; it is also the same month that I will turn 21 years old. These past 2 years have been very fast pace and productive. Growing up can be a little scary as well. Before I know it, I will obtain my degree in Business and Project Management, and hopefully get a full-time position as an executive assistant.

Apart from academics, I can’t wait for summer to arrive. It should be very interesting.

End of the Semester

Once again it’s the end of the semester. The pressure of handing in assignments on time and group presentations usually would make a student nervous and impatient. The weather does not make the situation any better. Hot college days make most people leave school early or not come at all. This semester went pretty quick for me. The winter was quick and harmless, and professors did not kill me with work. I had mock interviews this semester, group projects and many other obligations dealing with school and work. I am also graduating in June. These last 3 months of school went quick and it was a great learning experience. I know the second chapter of my life should be interesting. Entering the BBA program this fall will be tough, but I will be ready for it.
