Finally!

With midterms done and no homework this weekend, no I’m able to scream with happiness. These past two weeks have been very tiring with nothing but hard work. I told my co-worker that this last semester thus far, was the most frustrating, more studying, less “me” time that has ever happen since starting CW in 2009. I’m looking forward to this weekend but most of all I’m glad that I am on track with my school work. There’s only a month in a half left for my Associates program then a fun filled 10 day vacation in Florida.

Nothing but tests!

For the past week, I have been studying nonstop. I took my macro economics midterm a couple of days ago and now I have my statistics midterm on Tuesday. I can honestly say that I’m nervous but very eager to get it over with. I didn’t realize how much work I would actually be doing for my last semester. Hopefully this weekend I can enjoy the weather and be stress free. On the 23rd is the annual student vs. staff/faculty softball game and I can’t wait. The only thing I’m happy about is the Los Angeles Lakers winning their 16th NBA championship. I went to bed around 2 AM, and I’m still excited. I can’t wait for the 2010-2011 NBA season to start up again in the fall.

Graduation Class of 2010

Graduation was the best. The ceremony was really special and I enjoyed myself; from filming a segment for a video, to receiving my accounting award. I’m just thankful. Unfortunately it’s back to work, and it is important that I end my last semester for the Associates program with good academic standing. Mid terms are a couple of weeks away and I’m not looking forward to them at all. On a good note, the weather is getting better and summer is near. I’m looking forward to this weekend.

Memorial Weekend

So my weekend started on Friday May 28th. My boss was so generous in letting me out 2 hours early. With sun beaming through my shades, and the trees and birds dancing, I knew at that moment the weekends would be amazing. No homework and stress free was my name and I desperately needed to have some fun. I went shopping later on that day and hung out with a few friends. Early Saturday afternoon, I went to I Hop and did some more shopping. Later on that night it was boy’s night out. We roamed NYC; from little Italy to 42nds street Times Square. Sunday was super hot! I went to a couple of BBQ’s and enjoyed the rest of my day in Coney Island. Monday was a day for much needed rest but that did not happen. I spent some time with my little sister and dad at Target. I went to bed around 12am, dreading Tuesday. In total it was a great weekend. This week will be busy like never before. Graduation this Thursday and I’m hype.
