It’s Finally Over!

So after 4 and a half months of non-stop assignments, bad weather and long nights, I can finally say I’m free. Free until the first week of May. If I can put it in a more simplistic word, accomplished would be it. I have 3 full weeks of vacation ahead me and all I have to do is work. I’m really looking forward to the nice weather along with some down time to do the things that make me happy. I’m taking 5 courses next semester. I know it’s going to be exceedingly difficult being in school again for the summer, but it will be the last time I will ever have to do it again and I’m beyond excited. With less than 8 months left before I obtain my Bachelor’s degree, just a small feeling of sadness comes to my heart. I’ll be 22 years old when I’m done and I have a whole life ahead of me. In the mean time, I’ll be embracing these accomplishments and keep working hard to be the best I can be. It was a great semester and hopefully I obtain nothing less than a 3.8 GPA.

You guys will be hearing from me in a couple of weeks, until then, be happy, be safe, and be yourself!

Under the Weather

I was hoping I wouldn’t get sick towards the end of the semester, but as I woke up this morning, my throat was itchy, I was a little bit congested and I was sneezing non-stop. On a positive note, it is the end of the semester and I can now look forward to some much needed rest. Luckily, some of my presentations and other assignments were due last week. Events were successful including CW IDOL and I still had the strength to work 30 plus hours.

I know I complained a lot about the snow earlier this semester but it really worked out to my benefit. I felt like this semester flew by so quickly. The summer semester in the BBA program at CW will be more challenging than ever. As I see other peers from different colleges and universities enjoy fun in the sun, I will be in class learning. I’m not too worried about it, as I know this will be my last summer for school.

*2nd second semester of the BBA program ends in less than a week!
