November

As you all may know by now, the weather plays a vital part on my day-to-day attitude, and although the weather we received Halloween weekend scared us, November’s weather thus far has been nothing less than superb. I had a great time in NYC this past weekend and with just four weeks of school left; it’s all starting to feel real. As kids, we all had the urge to grow up fast and take over the world, but now that we are becoming adults, the idea of not working and relying on your parents will vanish. Most of my peers will continue their education and others will begin their journey into the workforce. It’s a scary thought to be alone but we all knew this day was coming. I’m beyond ready to pull my own weight but I must admit, I will miss every amount of experience I’ve encountered in college, besides the assignments of course. This is my last November as a student at The College of Westchester. Memories begin to settle in and I feel accomplished. I’m definitely looking forward to the Alumni holiday party in December, and I truly hope that I get to see all of the alums that I have crossed paths with since I’ve been here.
